X Friends!
IT'S COMING! Your Breakthrough. Winter can be long but spring can happen in one day!
And at the start of the new year on January 2nd, we will be at the creative company known as Rideback Ranch, the production company behind The Lego Movies, IT 1 and 2, Aladdin and The Two Popes (releasing this winter).
The X community is going to come together for LA style delicious cuisine, meaningful conversations with like-minded leaders, inspiration and learning. We know you'll walk away changed as you meet some of the men and women leading in underground and aboveground ways globally.
X is an international network of leaders also known as Xealots. I’d like to extend to you an invitation to an invite-only intimate gathering on January 2-3 (Thursday night—Friday) in the historic section of Los Angeles known as HIFI (Filipino town). Recently ranked one of the top 15 coolest Neighborhoods in the World by Forbes. You’ll see why!
This is a special UNION/REUNION of artists, entrepreneurs, financial wizards, athletes, creatives, poets, and spiritual leaders in the City of Angels on January 2 through January 3. We are gathering to see friends, gain inspiration, and insights so that the next season of life we are flowing with clarity! The perfect timing because the year will be 2020!
(If you are an X GUIDE, one who completed the GUIDE experience we’d like to spend a few more hours with you on January 4th so mark your calendar for a special session from 8:30am - 2pm. If you come to the whole experience, Saturday is no cost. If you come only Saturday it is $150).

I’m inviting you to join me to gain focus and friendships in Los Angeles in January 2-3. I keep feeling this is going to be an even better year than last year. Looking at all the breakthroughs that have been happening in the marketplace and cities of our world, it's time we gather and listen to each other, learn and serve each other for a greater good. So many great things have happened with X! We are still XEALOTS but we’ve branded our community with a simple X. We are still globally focused on customized leadership development. We are specialists in SQ: SPIRITUAL INTELLIGENCE. We have now codified our leadership pipeline with special experiences like Awaken, LIVE!, GUIDE and various learning adventures. It's now gaining momentum is some key places.
And the best part of X is YOU! So I decided to throw a reunion gathering of old and new friends who are impacting the world in diverse settings! We don’t do conferences but we do provide a space for meaningful, life changing conversations. The best thing about XAG is the conversations and sidebars. Anyone that shares or is interviewed only helps catalyse a greater conversation.

(Builds on what you learn in LIVE!). Who comes to this? Friends that are leading companies, movements, culture, social ventures and the arts. Meet some amazing people. Our XAG is a convening of the minds to sense the direction we are to go.
What do you mean you’re not like a conference? Anyone from those coming could share in multiple platforms but we do more of engaging style of learning that is rooted in food and meanginful conversations.
What type of food are we having? Chef inspired, some of the best in LA.
So what's the format? We will have some leaders of culture or in our global cities share but only to catalyze our sidebar conversatons. Most of the time, we have is connecting with others around great food, drinks and a beautiful venue.
