The Guide Training: The Way, The Flow and the Toolkit
Dave shares the signature secret sauce of what and how he does his work in the marketplace. We don't just talk about spirituality and work we look at how it's actually done. We go over the language, the analogies, the frameworks and tools of consulting others so that you can begin to have confidence that you can do this too! The GUIDE Experience equips you on how to informally or formally activate the X Way(the OS), the Toolkit and the culture in their everyday life especially as it relates to your life in the public square. LIVE! focuses on an personal and relational action plan. GUIDE concentrates on how you can embed the XWAY into your life work either informally or formally.
LIVE! and Xealots experiences are powerful tools for living. Many of our participants adopted these trainings not only for themselves but for others. The tools and the Xealot way of customized training are taught in our GUIDE training. Our signature program, LIVE!, can be embedded in any social community and work environment. Whether it's a family or a formal organization, or informal network one will learn through the GUIDE training how to develop others and lead others through this powerful experiences.
Day 1 will focus on the FLOW Training which is a process to help you know how to guide others in knowing their Original Design. It is based on the core design principles of XEALOTS. This experience helps you to do FLOW consultations and customize a personalized journey of development for each individual. This is a requirement for those who have further aspirations to be certified as a XEALOTS trainer or guide.
The FLOW Training is separated into three portions. DAY ONE is Class Laboratory where we dive into the toolbo and train you in the FLOW process (the signature key piece of the training) and you practice the consultaton process. Day 2 is the Learning Adventure where we continue showing you the toolkit you can customize for your work in a specail creative setting in Los Angeles. We will be going to a corporation that is living out the XWAY in the marketplace and crushing it! DAY 3 is Activation day where each participant shares their action plan and receives feedback before they launch into their destiny.
Note: In order to partake in the GUIDE Training, it is required to have completed the LIVE! Experience.
